Bill McGovern is a former paramedic for the City of Pittsburgh, he has 10 years experience with working hands on with profound mentally and physically handicapped persons.  He has worked both privately and in State run facilities.

Bill can handle extreme physical needs, as well as lifting and gently caring for your loved ones.  Bill treats each person with the utmost repect and dignity.
